Free Use of WhenToHelpSM Lite
Our goal is to help promote local charity work that is provided by community volunteer efforts.
Any organization that schedules volunteers is welcome to try out WhenToHelpSM Lite free for thirty days.
Certain qualifying charities can also apply for extended free use of WhenToHelp Lite.
Non-qualifying organizations or those who would like to use the full version of WhenToHelp can do so by subscribing based on our low subscription prices.
WhenToHelp Lite version has nearly all the same features as the Full Version with some limits on the number of volunteers and shifts per week. Please see the comparison chart for a list of which features are included in each version.
Who Qualifies for Extended Free Use?
Organizations that fall under ALL of the following qualifications can apply for extended free use of WhenToHelp Lite:
- are considered a Charity
- have a US 501(c)(3) designation or are a Canadian Registered Charity, and
- who only schedule unpaid volunteers
- who schedule volunteers to do community service
After signing in to your free trial account you can complete an online application to request extended free use of WhenToHelp Lite.
Upon receipt of the application, WhenToHelp will consider each organization's request based on a number of variables. All applications for extended free use must be completed online via your trial account homepage.
How can it be FREE?
We want to be right up front with why we are giving FREE access to certain approved charity organizations...
