  You have too many positions chosen to use this view. Please select a single position or smaller Position Group from the "Positions" drop down menu filter

- Using Alert Dates is optional. They can be used to track certifications so that you can see on the schedules if helper is assigned past their expiration date
- Setting Alert Dates will not stop helpers from being assigned after that date, but their name will be highlighted red as a warning if scheduled past that date for that position
- Click pencil icon to view "Optional Position Settings" for that helper.
